Are these Custom Jewelry pieces actually of your own manufacture?

All of the jewelry creations that you will find in our custom jewelry boutique, are items we have already created, or items that we have the ability to create for our customers. All of these images are exclusive and proprietary with enforceable copyright.

What makes something a special order custom creation?

Special order custom jewelry is defined as any jewelry item that we will manufacture completely from scratch to the exact dimensions and specifications of the customer.

How long does special order custom work take? 

Typically, it takes about 2 full working weeks from the start date for us to complete the manufacture of a custom designed jewelry piece. As soon as the item is finished, we ship our priority overnight (Free shipping in the Continental U.S.).

Can you explain the custom work process from beginning to completion?

In order to facilitate a mutual understanding on both sides of what is to be done, we ask that the customer share his/her vision for the completed jewelry piece, with pictures and/or a sketch of the proposed design. You can also visit www.ADiamondIsForever.com and use their software to design your own ring, which you can then send to us as an attachement. These photos and drawings can be sent to us via an e-mail attachment, or as a fax to our 212-302-2453 number. Please make sure the drawings are legible as well as to include your return contact information.

We ask for the following basic information:

1.       Photos/drawings of proposed work

2.       Precious metal content to be used

3.       Measurement requirements (most important for ring orders).

4.       Precious/semi-precious gemstone number, quality, color, clarity, content, carat weight, variety, shapes, and desired setting method.

5.       Ring size and any additional mounting details.

6.       Any other information, the customer deems useful and helpful.
