I cannot say enough about how helpful you both were, from email to telephone conversations, the service was just top notch! The qualitative and quantitative data provided on each SuperbCert is second to none, and just reassures that I am getting the best diamond for my money. In addition to the Superb stone (1.21 G VVS1), the combination of Vatche setting it in his Royal Crown setting just added to our satisfaction! While in NY City to "pop the question" we had the opportunity to meet Barry and Judah at their office, and that was a treat to say the least! An unexpected benefit that came from this whole experience is that I now feel like I have a "diamond guy". We often hear that term used in movies and such, and I never really gave it much thought. But now I feel confident that whenever the occasion arises, whether an anniversary, birthday, etc. I can simply call SuperbCert, tell Barry or Judah what I want and they will go above and beyond in making it a wonderful gift. That is priceless from my point of view, to know that I'll NEVER have to go to the maul at holiday time and wonder if I'm getting taken to the cleaners with inferior diamonds!
