Hi Barry!

Thanks so much for the info, I will definitely email you again as soon as I get some pictures of this beauty on a digital camera. I want to thank you and SuperbCert for going above and beyond when it came to customer service for my fiance and I. After reading all the great posts on numerous Diamond Forum websites (Pricescope, Diamondtalk) about these amazing stones we had decided that we really wanted to go with Barry and SuperbCert. When I first spoke to Barry the original stone that we had hoped for had already been sold (not suprising, these stones are so amazing because the cut is absolutely the best that they do not stay in stock long). I thanked Barry and told him that if anything came up to call us and that we were very much still interested. We tried to deal with a few other dealers online, but had no luck. I just did not feel comfortable making a decision on any other stones without all the extra info that SuperbCert gives like the Brilliancescope (which was very important to us because we really wanted this stone to sparkle). What I didn't mention to Barry is that we only had less than five days before my fiance was being shipped overseas for five months with the Navy. Barry emailed me back the next day to let us know that he would have something shortly, and when I spoke to him moments later I let him know our situation, and Barry worked with us for the next couple hours on getting our dream stone. He treated us like we were his only customers that day, we spoke to him every hour on the hour until the transaction was complete, and the stone was in the mail to be delivered the next day. Barry even called me the next morning with the Fedex tracking number and asked that I call him when we get the stone to let him know how everything went. The stone was even more beautiful than I had imagined it would be (everyone was right about H color stones that are cut this well, this one looks WHITE)!! We had it set the next day, and we both enjoyed three days of gawking at it before he shipped out over the weekend Lastly, I cannot say enough good things about Superbcert, Barry, and the quality of the stone. I will recommend them all of our friends who are looking for the PERFECT stone! In closing I have to say that in the past week at least five strangers have commented on how beautiful this stone is, the most beautiful that they have ever seen! When I thank them and say that we are newly engaged some of them have said it must be SO sparkly because it is clean, but I know the truth, that it is so sparkly and beautiful because it has been cut to the absolute highest standards, and the stone now speaks for itself!! Thank you Barry and Judah for making that day so special for us! I will be posting some shots of this beauty as soon as I can get my hands on a digital camera! I will also post this on Diamondtalk Barry!
