Rather, I am type-A with the "A" standing for "Analytical". Imagine my delight when I emailed SuperbCert to request further information and you called me the next day directly. Based on my estimation, you are not a small company. It meant a lot to have the company owner call me the very next day directly. When I decided to purchase my 1.65 Round from you, I had it appraised here locally in Dallas, TX. The gemologist confirmed that it was one of the most beautifully cut diamonds he had ever seen. No surprise to me by that point in the process.... I was sold. Needless to say, I kept the diamond and it is now part of the engagement ring I will use to propose marriage over Christmas 2002.
