We were literally speechless when we opened that little box containing the 1.52, H, VS1 (appraised VVS2) Round Brilliant diamond set in the gorgeous Vatche Royal Crown setting. It is simply the most beautiful diamond we have ever seen. It would be to lengthy to mention all you have done to provide the personalized service here but I have to say again, 'THANK YOU!!!". My fiance and I have learned through this process that although you may not be a jeweler down the street from us, you provided all the information we would have ever needed and more than a typical brick and mortar store could provide! Despite being thousands of miles away from us, you were able to provide such level of personalized service that we couldn't have wished for more. Since the beginning our search for the perfect diamond, you were the one person who was always prompt in getting back to us...it is a refreshing change from most vendors out there! Being a sceptic and very analytical person, I must admit in the beginning, we were unsure of making such a large purchase online and unseen.
