I'm not sure if this is the correct forum to do this in, but I wanted to thank everyone here for recommending Judah and Barry at Superbcert.com.

 Working with them was quite possibly one of the best customer service experiences I have had in my entire life. I was still searching for a ring about 2 weeks prior to Valentines Day and I was about to purchase from somewhere else when I came across the Vatche X-Prong Channel setting. I knew this was the exact setting I wanted to get once I saw it. I called a few of the Vatche distributors and all of them were saying that it was impossible to get it done before Valentines Day (2 weeks away!). I then noticed that Superbcert is actually located near Vatche and work with them quite often. I asked them and Barry said that he would see if he could ask for a favor and get it done in time, but gave me no promises. That was fine with me. I knew this ring was the one! After talking several more times with Barry and Judah, the ring arrived just in time on the Friday before Valentines Day, before we left to go out of town that evening. The entire time I felt comfortable working with Superbcert. They truly made that extra effort to make me comfortable. I never had a worry about purchasing such a large item over the phone/internet. When the ring arrived, it was the most beautiful thing I have seen. Vatche does a wonderful job on their rings and the X-Prong Channel setting with baguettes is amazing! The stone I purchased from Superbcert is also perfect. Just what I was looking for and the money I saved on the stone allowed me to get the more expensive Vatche setting. Everything is perfect and she loves it! In closing, I recommend Barry and Judah at Superbcert to everyone on this board. They have been recommended before and I'm sure the praise will continue in the future. They do a wonderful job and really care about the customer. I also recommend Vatche. This ring really looks that good!! I am thrilled with the work of both Vatche and Superbcert.
