You sold me a diamond solitare engagement ring about a month ago and I just wanted to take a little time out to write you back and give you some feedback, especially since I pestered you so much leading up to actually recieving the ring and then sent you nothing after I had actually seen it (about a week ago). The diamond and band are beautiful. I had serious reservations about buying a ring online but the experience has so far been a very positive one. Our contact was very short and limited but the end result really has been impressive to look at. The band, a Tiffany style 6-prong, is exactly what I had hoped it would be and you and your staff have done an excellent job producing a very attractive product. There was one mistake, the sizing, but that was absolutely 100% my fault and not yours. So, in short, i just wanted to take some time out to say thank you for your efforts and especially for withstanding my pressures of presenting a narrow time frame to get the ring shipped out quickly.
